    Exchange & Return Policy

    At Dior Steps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully.

    1. Exchange Eligibility

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and the original box intact.
    • Items must not be damaged, washed, altered, or soiled.
    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all exchanges.

    2. How to Request an Exchange

    1. Contact us at info@diorsteps.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
    2. Share the reason for the exchange along with clear photos of the product (if applicable).
    3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipment process.

    3. Returns & Refunds

    We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.
    • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Items purchased on Sale / Clearance / Promotional discounts.
    • Products without original tags, box, or packaging.
    • Items showing signs of wear or use.

    5. Damaged or Wrong Items

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
