Exchange & Return Policy

At Dior Steps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and the original box intact.
- Items must not be damaged, washed, altered, or soiled.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all exchanges.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at info@diorsteps.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- Share the reason for the exchange along with clear photos of the product (if applicable).
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipment process.
3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on Sale / Clearance / Promotional discounts.
- Products without original tags, box, or packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear or use.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
